So easy to use and saved my information that made this year's returns even easier! I used to meticulously do my taxes for an entire month, now it only takes me a little more than an hour! This is truly a life-saver.

They are very helpful but tiresome

They offer great services but some of their advertising is misleading. They talk about the "free" services they offer but it never ends up being for free, even if I do it before the beginning of march, unless you have a SUPER simple tax form to fill out and don't have any medical or health insurance info to cover.
However, I got my taxes done in 1.5 hours and that was super nice. I love that they are able to import your tax info as well so that you don't have to fill everything out.
Just feels like it gets more expensive each year. I wish i had forgone the Max benefits because it makes me uneasy knowing they are sending my info to a separate party, even if that party is supposed to protect me from identity fraud.
Keep up the good work and don't tank my credit or sell my information please. Also please put the option of reading the term of conditions for the max service before one pays for the service, not after. By then its too late if they don't want to agree.
