Turbo Tax is difficult and painful.

Buggy. Difficult to navigate. Greedy and misleading. Instructions not clear. Difficult to delete mistakes.

I HAVE USED TURBO TAX FOR OVER 25 YEARS(I THINK ITS BEEN THAT LONG) AND LOVE IT!! EASY AND EFFICIENT!!! I DO WISH YOU WOULD STOP FORCING ME TO USE THE IMPORT OPTION. I DO NOT WANT TO DO THAT EVER!!! AND THIS YEAR THERE IS A GLICH IN YOUR PROGRAM. THE STATE IS MESSED UP. I HAVE TO DO IT SEPARATELY NOW!! NOT HAPPY ABOUT THAT.

Quick and painless for simple tax returns. The whole process only took less than 30 minutes. I love that federal information can be quickly accessed and pre-populated into the forms, too.
