Turbo tax is very easy to use, take it from someone who had to file taxes regularly with the form from the IRS this is just easier and helps you get the most deductions you can for that bigger refund.

Easy to follow, but expensive for returning users

My experience was good and the website is easy to follow. However, the fees are ridiculous for returning users who have filed through Turbo Tax for 5+ years. There should be a loyalty discount for those who continue to file their W2's though you guys every year.

Wish it was still free. And I almost chose to file suing my return to pay for the service but you’re charged even more for that smh . And an advance should be offered using our current bank not through credit karma especially if it’s not a guarantee that an advance will be approved
