Turbo tax fees - irritating

I should qualify for the free federal however it won't let me select it anymore since I used the deluxe version previously. Just another way for them to charge you money you shouldn't have to spend.

This gets worse every year. Your doc upload never works and always needs to be fixed. You are a corrupt business that is doing every it can from preventing the federal government from giving this service to taxpayers free. You should be ashamed.
