Painstaking Website

Horrible painstaking process. Insisted on a W2 and I don't have one.
Does not allow you to make changes and choose different routes once you click on a topic. Cannot go back and change your selection. You have to go thru the hole section process adding zeros in fields just to get thru and out of that section.
Would not allow me to go back and switch to Standard Deduction once review for tax breaks was started (I was curious so I selected tax breaks). Waste of time getting thru it and finally giving me the Standard Deduction I wanged. Back button doesn't work,
Recorded information that I could not go back and delete (mortgage interest paid).
Whole process is a headache and a pain. Do not plan on using this website next year.

Used to be SO much better

Overall great tools and quick to submit but....charge to much for returning loyal customers.
Did NOT catch that I forgot to upload info to a tax form that was required; submitted and it was rejected. Why wasn't I reminded that a form was missing?????
