I've used Turbo Tax for years. It is easy to navigate through and automatically transfers my W2 from year to year. Such a simple way of filing.

I guess my only issue with TurboTax is that, at least for my experience, and I would be even more frustrated that it doesn't happen for everyone, and why me; In the very beginning while I started the process of filing my taxes, options of upgraded versions of TuboTax, they always offer you "free filing, '$0'". However, as I finish up with my taxes, the "Deluxe" package is "included". I have heard from other people this doesn't happen to them, that they don't end up Paying anything, but how can that be true? Why me? Is there something I missed that could have prevented that? Other than that, I actually hate to admit that I like how easy it is to use and come back to TurboTax. I like the way it's set up.
