Federal is never Free

While Turbo Tax is easy to use and I don't have to upload everything from one year to the next, it is never FREE for my federal return like they always advertise. If you are going to charge for the service, just say that.

TurboTax Not Clear

I was using the simple TurboTax return which was free until I was ready to file when I told to upgrade to the deluxe version for $39. After reviewing the explanation why, I went with the filing. Then the final cost of this version also charging $49 for the State deluxe version return, now totaling $88.
Pervious years I use the simple version of TurboTax for $0.00, which I was claiming 1099-INT on the Schedule B. Not happy how it was identified after completing the completed return since both of us are retired.

So so easy!

I love TurboTax, because it makes it so freaking easy for me to do my taxes every year! I can do my own taxes in an hour or less without hassle? Yes please! I love that they explain things along the way and make everything easy to understand, as well as tell you exactly what information you need and how to find it. I have used TurboTax for the last several years, and have every intention of continuing to use it indefinitely.
