SO MUCH LESS USER FRIENDLY THIS YEAR. AND MY COMPUTER WAS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH YOUR REQUIRED OS. I HAD ALREADY PURCHASED THE KEY CODE. MY COMPUTER ISN'T EVEN OLD

Surprise Fee

My only main complaint was that, originally, it acted like it was mostly free. Then at the end, surprise, slapped with $88 fee. It was a pretty good tax program, but I didn't like being "forced" to do the Deluxe thing at the end.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
