Not good. I saw an advertising saying that I could file for free if I had not used TT last year. Ended up with a charge from you even before I finished filling it, which made me think I was done with my taxes. Then, I wanted to understand why I didnt have to input banking info for refund. When I called in, the representative who was polite and patient... explained to me that my taxes were not yet finished or filled....
Stressing experience and almost $90 later...? Not cool, complicated. Will consider a tax PERSON in the future.
