Have used Turbo Tax for years - decades? Solid program. First year using online version and I had some difficulty getting it to 'read' my info from the CD version. Customer service helped - after some frustration with the chatbot. At any rate, all good now. Will use again.

They've raised the fees. Advertise but don't offer free filing. And charge another fee when you're almost finished. My last year using this.
