It took me a little bit longer because I didn't have everything needed to finish filing like last year income tax return form. That was on me. Other than that, it was great.

Greedy and BAD MARKETING

I have been using TurboTax for years. It was quite a disappointment to see advertisements saying it is free if you didn't use them last year. Where is the brand loyalty reward? I had to pay 3 seperate fees this year brining my return down a lot (a lot being relative to our financial struggles this year). I usually would give this a 5 star review, but this alone makes me quite angry. The only reason I used TurboTax again this year is because I want my returns to be in the same place year after year. I usually upgrade to a more expensive option, because I can, but even if I could this year, I feel like I am being duped with this year's "free if you didn't use us last year" campaign. HORRIBLE!
