turbotax is good to have

I always choose turbotax over h&r block. they are easier to use and I usually have the best outcome with turbotax

easy to use. did not use a live agent but the pop up help sections were nice. Only reason for giving 4 stars is because I wasn't offered the option to get the refund advance. It was never even mentioned and I was within the time range so not sure what was up with that.

Dislike 2024 version

Much more difficult to use than past versions. I needed to amend my form and found it difficult. I was no able to locate my amended form to print. The only form I could find was my pre-amended version. Although Turbotax told me a new bottom line tax burden, I was unable to verify that my amended form was the one that filed. I am not happy and doubt that I will use Turbotax in the future.

Using TurboTax to do my taxes all of these years has been great. It is fast, easy and reliable. You can always use the question chat box if you need to also. I will continue to use this service throughout the years.

Overall pretty quick if you've used it before. I've had to use the live service before because it was tricky with my situation but in subsequent years where my filings have been simple, I haven't needed to use it, but knowing that it is there is convenient.
