Might as well file my taxes on my own next year

Product used to be cheaper and easier to use. I was unable to e file state taxes, but was also not given an option to mail them and it led me in a constant loop. Then my federal failed to e file and I now have to mail file those as well.

It's Gone Downhill

More complex than it needed to be. Constantly soliciting me to spend money on features that I did not want or need. Sent multiple emails to me each day reminding me to finish my income taxes and submit them. Who do they think they are, my mother? I did not like that constant nagging. Most likely, I will not choose TurboTax next year.
