Turbo tax was easy to understand.

Pricing transparency needs to be improved.

Going through the return was simple and easy. What was not easy was trying to determine what the Turbotax actual cost is. The homepage says free for federal and state. It wasn't even tough I think I qualify. Also, there is a home page banner that states "Don't miss your chance to save up to $40 – File by midnight 2/28 to get early bird pricing!" Save $40 from what?? Pricing transparency needs to be improved.
