$40 fee to deduct your cut from my refund. robbery

It is absurd to charge an additional $40 on top of the outrageously overpriced options for filing federal and state, I almost switched tax preparers this year when I saw that. I've heard of a processing fee but really? $40 for you deduct your spoken for portion of my money? It's ridiculous. If this does not change, I will be looking for a new tax preparer even though I literally do it all myself. The world is crazy expensive enough without the company that claims they're there to help get your largest refund snatching a huge portion back.
