I've used TurboTax since I was in high school.
Easy to follow directions, even easier when you can put in the number and it pulls up your info without having to type it in. They have different tool tips when you need or want more of a breakdown of different areas. Pretty interesting to see how the areas of information you're asked about as you get older and get a more stable job with better benefits and salary, that more fields start to appear for you to complete.
