Great do it yourself tax tool!

I have gotten several notification that if I filed by today, using this platform would be free. However, this was not the case. So, this platform advertised false information.

TurboTax Outstanding Review

As first-time users of Turbo Tax this was a learning experience for us. This also marks the first time we're completing the tax forms and submitting them on our own without professional assistance. We could not have been more pleased with the outcome. And the best part of all was the very much reduced cost for doing it this way. During this process I spoke with two technicians, and they were very helpful.

Easy to Use. Pay Attention to Charges!

Process was smooth enough. But I give it 3 stars because of the surprise charge at the end. It told me I would need to pay $49 to file state and Federal with Deluxe. Then when I got to check out, the $49 was only to file Federal, plus a $39 charge for State. That was disappointing.
