Turbo tax is sneaky and it's difficult to navigate AWAY from upgrades/fees/charges. I doubt the upgrades are necessary.

Turbo Tax is alright

For a layperson not used to doing their own taxes, I feel that the guidance needs some adjusting toward that type of person. I feel it is too advanced for a person doing it on their first several times.
