Fix the Keypad entry.

I could not get a Keypad to come up to enter the Pay date for the taxes. Forced to agree to pay by Check prior to 4/15/25.
Then I didn't even get the address for the Payees.

Was sent rejection to file. Double checked everything including 2023 return - resubmitted and was rejected again. Now I'm going to print and mail but thought $78 fee was deceptive and unfair
