Turbo tax is great except for the use of Recaptcha

Everything was great except the use of recaptcha at the end. I should not have to go through 10 screens of motorcycles, stairs, bicycles, fire hydrants, and crosswalks before submitting my returns. It is a horrible product and extremely annoying and slow. At least this version did not have pictures with such horrible resolution you could not tell whether the desired object was there. This software ruined what had been a pleasant experience in checking out.

Turbo Tax charges too many fees

I think it's crazy that I have to now pay $40 to efile my return and get it direct deposited into my account. We have never done that before. You'll take money any way you can I guess. Next year I'll go elsewhere.
