TurboTax is greedy and steals your money

They stole my money. Forced me to upgrade and took a bunch of service fees. I didn't receive any service. I did it all at home. I didn't have any crazy or fancy tax return. What they did was simply take advantage of me and took my money for providing services that should be free. I will not be working with TurboTax moving forward.

Don't use if you have a 1099R

Everything was ok until box 16 on my 1099R then you can't get a good answer why it won't accept a blank box. No help and end up telling you to put numbers from another box in which is not what you were sent. Took my money and then said the return couldn't be sent

Lacking on extremely important notifications

Not thrilled TurboTax did not send a communication about being ready to file CO state taxes. When I completed my federal return, TurboTax indicated the State of Colorado was not ready to accept tax returns because there was still some language being worked on. When that language was complete, I should have been notified to submit my state taxes.
