Easy to follow, walks you through step by step. Would have liked if it broke down why I didn't receive certain credits and what they were being applied to instead.

The instructions were easy enough to follow. Definitions and clarifications were provided and were very useful to the point that I did not need a tax expert to answer my questions.

In general, it was a good experience. When it is your first year and you have to add all the information for the first time it will take longer than the hour expected. We did have an issue at the end. We called for help and the first person we talked to really offered no help. After trying a few other things, we called back and got Michael. He was professional, patient, and sounded like a man who truly enjoys his job. I wish I knew his full name as he should get a raise for being such a loyal employee. I can't say enough good things about him.
