I've been using Turbo Tax about 6 years and I love it. I have all my prior info in one place if I need it. I have had to amend a couple times over the years and TurboTax makes it simple and convenient without extra fees. I have called customer service a couple times to ask questions and was greeted like a friend, given prompt and accurate information, answers and advice.
