Turbo tax is a cashgrab. DO NOT USE

Honestly a really bad experience. First I was forced to pay to file instead of free because of $75 in credits from 401k which is what it cost to file them. Then after completing everything it refused to let me pay with my federal return and forced me to pay up front with my credit card. Even though I am getting more on my federal return than the cost of filing. I honestly do not believe turbo tax cares about its customers at all. Like most corporations they are just using us to make money by upcharging every small thing and making you pay out of pocket. Will most likely never be using turbotax again. I would rather pay an accountant the same amount of money so I can at least get screwed to my face. Absolute garbage from 5+ years ago

I really appreciate the structured way that TurboTax guides me through the process of reviewing all docs and making sure I receive all deductions I'm entitled to. On the very last step, while reviewing the prepared tax return, I noticed I had left out one item. For some reason I was having trouble finding the spot in TurboTax where I could make the change. I decided to contact support, and in less than a minute I received a call from Sharon who expertly guided me through the proper steps, and put all my concerns to rest.
