I would much rather be able to pull up the actual forms so i could see them along with instructions for when I ran into a problem. When a correction needs to be made the explanations are not very clear. I did not want to pay extra for help. I ended up googling the answer.

Turbotax has gone way downhill

Pure garbage now. It used to be free for me to file with turbotax. Now it cost me a ton compared to other viable alternatives. I would have filed with another site like FreetaxUSA. I filed there last year but I forgot who I filed with and I honestly don't wanna have to go through this headache again for another 90+ minutes. I tend to enjoy the little bit of time I get off work too much for all that. Ill certainly be going back to FreetaxUSA next year. I would have [paid $14.99 for state and gotten federal filed for free. $118.59 for the same return at turbotax :/
