Worst tax service ever made. I had the most basic tax return. One W2. No dependents. Literally so easy and they kept making me upgrade until I had to pay almost $100 to file. I might as well have gone to an actual tax proffesional.

Connor was very helpful and most of all patient while he and I navigated through removing unauthorized fees added to my original filing fees, Connor made sure everything was taken care of before he disconnected the call and shared screen process.
