Additional Fees at accounted for at end of the fil

easy to use but I do not like that you charge a $40 fee because you allow me to pay you the $59 to do the tax form from my return. Also its not apparent there is this additional fee until you are on the last couple screens and closing out. I might need to fil differently next year or find a cheaper method now that I am on a lower fixed income.

I had a very big problem that I could not solve. In fact, it took the tax expert 1 1/2 hours to solve it so that I could file.
