Self-filing made easy

The process is simple and easy to follow. Other companies told me I HAD to file with an assistant but here I was able to complete it all on my own.

Turbo Tax can Easy

I like the ability to file online. But if a mistake is made and the filing is rejected, the instructions don't give all the information on where to correct the mistake. Eventually I was given a phone number to call for assistance.

Too Expensive

Somewhat easy. but the cost is ridiculous! I was even to get a discount for using Capital One to pay and the cost was not reduced.
