Miserable Process Made Worse!

I hate this service. Charging me more than my return even is worth for doing literally nothing. My return was rejected TWICE because turbotax doesn't just tell you/ take you to the issue that needs to be fixed. I finally just had to completely start over from scratch. They truly have ensured the process of filing my taxes was as miserable as possible this year.

I appreciate both TurboTax customer service representatives on helping me finishing up my tax return. To the first representative, thank you for trying to find the solution on how to bypass the copy return request and going out of your ways to understand the issue on this matter. I appreciate your assistance and getting me in contact with Kim, who know the system well and help me solve this issue in a timely manner. To Kim, you were phenomenal solving this issue in five minutes and answer all my question. I appreciate both representatives assistance and had an amazing customer service experience.
