Still ripping off customers

While I appreciate the service they provide, to constantly allow customers to choose the option of NOT paying for additional services, at the end continue to charge upwards of over $100 if you want to e-file, which is interesting because it is my understanding that e-filing is supposed to be FREE. So, once again they are telling others they won't charge them, then turn around and do just that. Not okay.
