Always a problem with a box not being right!

Your program is great, but each year theres a problem with a box that requires me to call and therefore pay for the more expensive plan.

An easy to use filing site

Very straightforward and even for the cheapest option for help (which is what I used where I did majority of it on my own and had the option for help), it was very easy to use and made taxes definitely easier for someone who is constantly confused and worried about filling the files out wrong. There was a bit where I was confused however when it came to filling out insurance forms because I wasn't covered for a long while so majority of the spaces were left at zeroes, and they didn't clarify which section I had to fix between the months, but aside from that, it's pretty straightforward otherwise.

This was fine. Used a paid version last year, which wasn't usual, and Turbo Tax Online couldnt find evidence that i filed. I find that interesting. We are normal, boring folks with little going on, so this was easy. thanks
