I can’t believe I was charged $143 and then ANOTHER $43, the separate $3 is out of my return…it feels like a scam or bait and switch that it says file for free and then when you’re finished and can’t back out it tells you the charges…it should be more up front

Predatory UI, not clear what you are paying. Does not indicate an extra payment for state filing. The back arrow doesn't work. No clear way of going back and changing what you are buying when you end up getting to the itemized list of charges. Misleading marketing, 'pay through your return' but no indication that $44 will be charged to do so.
