TurboTax SUCKS!

took a long time and took about half my return just to file it oh and when doing direct deposit there's an "additional" $40! I get screwed on my return this year and turbo tax just makes it deeper and shoves my return right up my @$$!

Online is way harder and more expensive

Way harder doing online than buying the software. Deceptive pricing tactics. Very hard to move around and go back to find stuff. I've been using your product since its inception. It's going downhill.
