Easy to use but pricey

Still always confused when filing but it was easy enough. I do wish it were cheaper, over half of my return went to fees.s

Turbo Tax if good but could be less expensive.

It was easy to navigate the software. I have my returns rejected twice and the system helped me figure out the mistake after two tries.

Good expert service.

I had to call about 10 times, mostly about bugs in the software. TurboTax will ask, and it's tough to figure out what it's asking. Other times, I tried to put in two quarters of my quartlies and the software would not take it. Then all of a sudden it accepted my quartlies. Other times it would hang.

Great experience. Turbo tax helped me lower my tax bill. I used the professional service this year and the representative was very knowledgeable and showed me other deductions i could take. Well done
