Turbo Tax is Awesome but

Great software. Only thing is that they should emphasize that the tax tools section is where to go to fix issues with the process. I had to unlink a form from a previous year, but it would not get deleted from the current year. I was stuck in a loop until I contacted the company with the issue and after about 15 mins we figured it out. Please note, this would probably been easier to fix but the screenshare software they use would not work with my macbook and safari.

So Confused.

Everything seen about Turbo Tax claims "free filing" yet we've been charged the last 3 years of using it. When submitting our Taxes this year we did state and federal at the same time but when checking state status it showed as not filed and now it appears as though it just submitted federal again. Now I don't know what's going to happen with our federal return.
