You didn't tell me how I owed to state, you only explained the federal. I am confused. Also your fees suck, why am I charged 4 separate fees when I already paid thousands of dollars to the government.

Free Edition Can (and Should) Be as Useful

Decent product that keeps me in compliance with federal and state tax statutes, without having to go out and have someone else do it. The one issue I have is how misleading the "free" edition can be, which seems to only apply to a significantly small number of cases. Ultimately, you'll at least be forced to pay for the deluxe edition by the end of filing. At least I was able to claim one $16 tax credit by paying $118 for deluxe! It certainly may be worth it for those with more complex tax situations, but typically not for mine. The Free Edition either needs to start including, at least, a few more situations because I typically do not have complex filing requirements.
