I really enjoy the convenience of Turbo Tax. I still have friends and relatives that I convince every year that they can easily do their own taxes online for a low cost, rather than going to a tax 'professional' in the strip malls. as long as they have just basic W2 input and nothing crazy to report, it is just simple plugging in numbers on the lines that are listed on the w2 and answering basic questions.

Turbo Tax is Simple to use

While this is a great product, the information it looks for is done in a different manner than prior years. Not only that it continues to ask you the same questions and looking for information multiple times, which makes you feel that you have made a mistake. It was uncomfortable to have to keep going back to look at data entered and verifying that it was correct. It also did not let you move forward when you did not have an answer. I did not like many of the changes made from last year to this year.
