The old format was much easier to navigate. I found that I needed to go out of the program and re enter it several times. I used my phone to file this year and that may have been the issue, I usually use my laptop.

Holds your tax return hostage and forces you to buy the deluxe edition. Then it sneaks in an additional $40 charge for paying with your tax return. I thought I was using the free service, but I was forced to spend $109 to file my taxes.
