Turbo Tax overcharges

I will be looking for a new tax software for next year. I should not be charged a ridiculous amount for using this software just because I received interest from a savings account. This charge was way more than I expected.

Lobbying the Government is Bribery

Its your fault that I have to pay to file taxes and go through this process every year. Companies like Intuit lobby the Federal government to make the tax system complicated and necessitate using third party software when the IRS is able to just tell us how much we own or how much we are getting back on their own. Stop paying off legislators to kill bills that would make filing taxes easier, you are hurting American families

Scared about prior years filing.

This is very simple, and I enjoy your product.
However, it says that I didn't file my taxes via your software last year. But I did. I looked back in my records, I have emails from you about successfully completing everything.
It gave me a bit of a scare and I went to the IRS website to confirm that I did file. It's just odd that you would not see that I used you in the past.
