Too costly

WAY TOO COSTLY. I use it for the ease and convenience; however, i am looking to have someone prepare my taxes going forward. Cheaper than what this costs! I've used Turbo Tax for years ....keeps costing more and more.

Ran Into a glitch wouldn't fully accept my filing. It thought I hadn't finished the return and it acted like I had 2 turbo tax programs open. Thanks to Michelle its fixed and fikled.
