Military messaging feedback

I would like to suggest that a pop-up or message be implemented to state which options are free and which are not for Military personnel. For example, I knew Turbotax was free, but not all options are. I selected Live, hoping to get some help, but when I moved to the checkout, it made me pay. I wish it had been mentioned earlier that this option is not free for Military personnel. Thankfully, an agent was able to assist me, and we were able to work things out so I didn't have to pay.

Very complicated

Turbo Tax 2025 was sooo much more complicated than last year. What's up with that. I needed to get help with entering my financial institutions manually as none of them were already noted. The directions were super complicated. Claudy was the person that helped me. He was very very patient and helpful. I should note that the audio of him kept breaking up. Not sure if I'll use Turbo Tax again next year.
