Great & dependable but feel a little too costly

There is other sites out there that offer filing taxes for free - so actually I feel the cost that Turbo Tax charges is a little excessive. I agree they need to get paid - but for people Iike me that lives paycheck to paycheck & depend on the refunds - we really can't afford to pay that charge since we are the ones doing all the work.
