Your product is efficient in helping my to complete my taxes. However, the upselling of your premium tax services is frustrating and it can be easy to order a product you didn't intend to purchase, like Max. It needs to be clear every step of the order what you're ordering. Do better.

Turbo Tax's fees are frustrating

There is no free version even though I get told there is. I always pay over $100 dollars just to process everything and the processing fee alone to take it out of my refund is a ridiculous $40. The processing fee is way too much money. Very greedy.

So EASY!!! And best all the flawless results! I began using Turbotax in 1997 without even one problem regarding those submitted. It’s a major time and paper saver that I won’t live without!
