Sneaky Fees, Otherwise Great!

Little sneaky about the fees. Pretty sure I chose standard and declined all the opportunities to add more and still somehow got a charge for Delux at the end. Otherwise, great service and really user friendly!

Completely unfair, asks me if I Ould like to upgrade to deluxe numerous times throughout the process. After opting out each time, it forces you to upgrade to deluxe to "finalize tax refund." This website is fraudulent and misleading, and false advertised, needless to say this is the last time I'll be using TurboTax. 0/10 experience.
