getting harder to do things the way you want

I wasn't able to change my direct deposit account information or change my phone number to receive text message updates. They told me I owed $177 for turbo tax in the end my total was $217. I have used turbo tax for 13 years and have never had this happen.

it took me forever to figure out hw to change my bank account info and none of the FAQs helped with that. its definitly way pricey for the amount of help it did me.

TurboTax online is cumbersome

I've used Turbotax for 20 years, when I made alot more money and had stock to buy and sell
If this is the best you can do I.ll be using another service next year! I liked having the CD so I could check back on last years numbers
