Processing Fee Scam

At the end of filing, it said the total cost of using TurboTax Deluxe would be $126. Then I chose to pay it using my Federal Tax Return, TurboTax then charged an additional $40 for a processing fee. This is the last year I will be using TurboTax. They just keep charging you more and more when filing your taxes should be free!

You stated you were a free tax return service. Multiple times you suddenly demanded more money to process my return (to put in my teacher credit cost me an additional $60 and you didn't make it clear that the Illinois return would be another $60). I will absolutely never use TurboTax again. Your sheisters.
