Turbo Tax is very user friendly

Turbo Tax is very user friendly. It offers suggestions on all ways to reduce taxes owed. It also gives you step by step directions on where to find the information needed. For example, it will tell you exactly which form and which line item from previous year's filing that is needed for current year forms. It takes all the guesswork out of whether you are providing the correct information.

The ease of inputting information is attractive and helps those who may otherwise choose not to do it themselves. By saving previous year's tax returns from year to year is beneficial as it allows a side by comparison.
