Terrible version this year!

Terribly uninformative and confusing. Previous years versions were terrific, Stop asking every few screens to change to a more expensive version. Stop with the bait and switch tatics when it comes time to tell you where and how to send refund by giving a screen that says you can get a refund in your account quicker by paying you $35 more on top of the $119 you already charging. More than last year for same service, but less helpful.

Going down hill for years

I've used TurboTax for years, and its only gotten worse. This year it can't understand that there were zeros on my form and refused to file it without fixing it, I'm not paying someone $159 to tell me what I see on the form. Fix your system. I will not be using you again.

This is my second year using Turbo Tax and it’s been pretty seamless! I struggle to understand the tax process and have always gone to someone to help me process but that has gotten so expensive. I feel more confident with Turbo Tax and more reassured, it’s very thorough and detailed in finding the most return.
