Almost unusable at this point

I have used Turbo Tax for years. Unless some changes are brought back this will be my last year. No longer do you have the running total as you are doing your taxes with the estimated refund. While this is not absolutely necessary, it has been a staple of the product and one that some customers have become accustomed to and not having it is frustrating. Especially when you consider all other competitors have this feature.
What has really made it so I no longer want to use this product is if your checking info from previous years has changed, either because you closed the account or just want to deposit your refund into a different account this year. Prior to being able to update the bank account listed from previous years you have to mark a box that states "I confirm that the account information above is correct and where I want my refund deposited" guess what if you need to change the account because it's closed IT'S NOT CORRECT and therefore people might be more than a little hesitant mark a box saying that the information is correct, but you cannot progress any further to update the info.

Easy to navigate and quick The only thing I that would be wrong with this is it's very expensive but so is all the other filing companies

When I first logged into the website, it stated 'Start for free'. During the process it asked about adding MAX in which I declined but in no time did it ever mention a $69 fee for Federal and $59 for State. Tax payers who don't receive anything back at the end of the year should not have to be charged a fee; $140 at that! Fees should be based on what that tax payer is being refunded, but that's a story for another day.
