I appreciate the ease of being guided through the tax process. The product truly allows for self-file without a lot of hassle. The downside(s) are the tiers for services, and additional state filing fee.

Turbo Tax is great

Super easy to use, gives clear directions on how to file, assistance offered, however, it's an additional fee, and cheaper then else where. I don't like that only your first time filing is free after that every year costs a fee.
